Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AnyLeaks BC services. AnyLeaks BC is a subdivision of Anyleak.ca.

1. Services

AnyLeaks BC provides professional water leak detection and related services throughout British Columbia. Our services include but are not limited to thermal imaging, acoustic detection, tracer gas testing, and building envelope inspections.

2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and any known water-related issues. You also agree to provide safe access to all areas requiring inspection.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, and electronic transfers. For large commercial projects, payment terms may be negotiated.

4. Warranties and Limitations

While we employ industry-leading technology and techniques, leak detection is not an exact science. We provide our best assessment based on available evidence but cannot guarantee detection of all leaks, particularly those that are intermittent or deeply concealed.

5. Liability

AnyLeaks BC liability is limited to the fee paid for services. We are not responsible for water damage that occurs before, during, or after our inspection, nor for damage caused by third-party repairs.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.

7. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Photos and reports from inspections are kept confidential and only shared with property owners or their authorized representatives.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Parent Company

AnyLeaks BC operates as a subdivision of Anyleak.ca. All services are backed by the expertise and standards of our parent organization.
